Terms and Conditions for Event Registration
- Event Selection: Participants must select the correct event from the dropdown menu while filling the registration form. Incorrect selection may lead to invalid registration.
- Payment Method: Payment must be made through the QR code provided above. A payment screenshot or receipt should be uploaded to the Registration form.
- A valid proof of payment must be uploaded while submitting the registration form.
- Registration Payment: Registration payment is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Registration Deadline: Registrations submitted after the due date will not be considered valid.
- Identity Verification: All information provided must match official government-issued IDs (e.g., Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License).
- Accuracy of Information: Participants are responsible for providing accurate and valid information. Incomplete, false, or invalid data may result in disqualification or cancellation of registration.
- Data Consideration: The organizing committee reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided. Submission of invalid information will be treated seriously.
- Confirmation Email: Players will receive a confirmation email only after registration is verified and approved by the management.
- Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the registration form, participants agree to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
